Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sits on 12 acres with 7-acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guests are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Feel free to pick pecans from the many pecan trees located on the property. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home.
